Your 2-Minute Collagen Boosting Smoothie

We love a delicious, healthy, power-packed smoothie, which is the perfect choice for a quick and nutritious breakfast, snack on the go or post-workout refuel. With a few added extras it can be all that and more, especially when collagen is introduced into the mix.

  • Around a tablespoon of ground flaxseed – with both soluble and insoluble fibre, flaxseed is also a good plant-based source of omega-3 essential fatty acids.
  • Unsweetened non-dairy milk – adds some calcium and provides the liquid for the smoothie. 
  • 2.5g – 5g (approx. 1-2 metric tsp.) of IMBIBE’s Miracle Collagen – scientifically formulated to plump and firm your skin from within, this can easily be added to any liquid, just stir to dissolve. 

You can enhance this berry smoothie even more by adding additional nutritious ingredients to really make it your own.
